To keep the packages affordable and straightforward, the following aren’t included as standard:

• Domain name & web hosting – these are purchased separately and remain in your name.
• Premium WordPress themes, plugins or software – where a paid option is needed, I’ll let you know about the cost before anything is purchased.
• Full copywriting – you’ll provide your business information and content, with guidance from me on what each page needs. Copywriting can be added separately if required.
• Professional photography – you’ll provide your own images, or I can help you source suitable stock imagery where appropriate.
• Logo design & full branding – existing logos, colours and branding can be incorporated into your website. New branding can be added as an extra service.
• E-commerce / online shops – online stores and payment systems require a separate quote.
• Complex or bespoke functionality – specialist booking systems, memberships, client portals, custom calculators and similar features may require additional costs.
• Ongoing website maintenance – ongoing updates, changes and support are available separately through Website Care & Support.
• Additional pages or revisions beyond your package – these can be added for an additional fee.
